ABOUT AOP

WILDLY BEAUTIFUL, DEEPLY ROOTED

WHO WE ARE

Arms Of Persephone is a collective of designers & dreamers dedicated to telling your story through seasonal floral design in St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay, and beyond. Started in 2019 from the kitchen table of a one-bedroom apartment, what was once a one-woman operation quickly exploded into the united dream of exceptionally talented florists from all walks of life.

OUR MISSION

To provide our community with soulful, sustainable floral design that honors the narrative of every person and every season. Through artisanal event work and an accessible retail experience, we bridge the gap between high-end artistry and the organic beauty of the natural world.

OUR VISION

To become the premier design collective for those seeking a more intentional, ‘anti-trend’ approach to floristry. We envision a world where the pace of art matches the pace of nature—fostering deep community connection through seasonal curiosity, sustainable practices, and a celebration of life’s beautiful,

unconventional rhythms.

OUR TEAM

REGAN SMITH

HEAD DESIGNER & CEO

Regan’s passion for flowers began with small scale design for friends and family, using grocery store stems to tell a story with color, texture and shape. As demand for her designs grew, she leaned into learning more about floral and event design techniques under luxury designer Elizabeth Fisher in Richardson, Texas before returning to her home city and opening AoP, designing and delivering arrangements from her one bedroom apartment. Regan draws inspiration for her work from film, art, music and fashion, and loves curating out-of-the-box floral recipes to tell the unique story of each client. When she isn’t running the biz or knee deep in flowers, she’s belting Elton John songs with her daughter MJ and sharing a bottle of wine with her husband, Jay.

ALEIGHA CHAMBERLAND

EVENT OPERATIONS

Aleigha started her design journey as an AoP bride and began freelancing with the company in 2022. She quickly developed a knack for high-quality set-up leadership, unique design and kind service, and has been helping our Takeaway Bride and small event clients turn their visions into reality since 2025. Aleigha is our shop DJ, candle cleaner extraordinaire, and pokemon gym leader–full of warmth, music, and fun.

Keiara is the face of our email inbox and holds our online operations together even in the most hectic of wedding seasons. The owner of Her Ops Studio, she’s worked as AoP’s Online Business Manager since 2023, streamlining our communication and operations so we can put our time towards designing our hearts out. Keiara is a homeschooling mom of three and an all around badass–if you see her name in our email signature, say hi!

LAUREN STERN

RETAIL OPS & DESIGN

Lauren is a former kindergarten teacher and designing whiz who brought her experience in retail floristry to AoP in early 2025. A lover of all things whimsical and fun, you can catch her tending to stems in our garden, dreaming up new ways to design sustainably, and building gorgeous hydrangea-filled bouquets in honor of her mom, Barb. Lauren is a cool mom, a fitness queen, and spends her time outside the shop jamming to classic rock, crafting, and caring for the community.

SAMANTHA STITCHER

RETAIL OPS & DESIGN

Sam joined AoP in early 2026 with a background in concert production and high-volume floral sales. Since joining the team, she’s helped organize and streamline ops at the shop, processed and stripped thousands of flowers, and made some of the sweetest bouquets for our cooler and Drive-Thru. Catch her at the shop in the afternoons, wrapping bouquets at lightning speed and offering a helping hand to everyone who walks in.
