Taylor came to me with a vision for an utterly unique, autumnally-influenced moody November wedding in the city. Immediately, I fell head-over-heels for her muted color palette and high-fashion accents. My influence was industrial architecture, impressionist artwork, and surrealist films like The Green Knight. By blending sage-y eucalyptus greens with lush roses in peach and honey tones, accented by fun elements like espresso-tinted goldenrod and copper beech leaves, we created a collection of designs that emphasize warmth, texture, and movement. While it’s certainly hard to pick a favorite element from this evening, there’s no forgetting the tufts of greenery we tucked among a cluster of disco balls that hung above their dance floor.
